About: My name is Becky Blankenship. I have lived in Tulsa almost all my life. My husband and I moved to Tulsa permanently after he completed his graduate degree at OSU. We have 8 children ranging in ages 24 all the way down to 5. I'm a voracious reader and writer. I love the arts and find myself daydreaming a lot about being artistic and creative (which I'm not!)Consequently, I seek out artistic and creative people and enjoy finding beautiful art in all its forms whether it be the written word or dance or sculpture, music-any kind of personal expression. I've been a stay at home mom for a loooong time- except that I'm rarely at home- (unless I'm feeling sorry for myself) We have sent our children to public schools, we have homeschooled for different seasons here and there. That's me in a nutshell.
